Spun looks best if you set a featured image to represent each of your posts on the blog index and archives. If no featured image is assigned, the theme will attempt to pull the first attached image from the post. If the post does not have an image attached, the post title will be displayed.
To make Spun look extra sharp, just assign Featured Images to your posts. These will appear on the home, archive, and search pages as circles. If no featured image is present, your post’s title will be displayed in the circle.
Spun includes several options, which you can find under Customizer → Theme Options. They allow you to tweak the theme’s appearance to your tastes:
